Refund policy

 

Given we are a small business, we cannot accommodate returns, at this time all sales are final. 

That said we want you to be very happy with your RoRo furniture. If it is not everything you expected, please let us know within the first 2 weeks and we will do our best to help. Please retain the original packaging, if the items is defective or damaged, we will arrange for replacement. 

Original delivery fees are not refundable and additional shipping fees may apply.

All purchases of sale or custom items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for custom or sale items.
